So at our institute we maintain as much as possible the natures gift in all our operations by highly advanced endoscopic surgeries.Endoscopic surgery is a highly sophisticated method of surgery where operation is carried out with least invasion of normal tissues as possible yet treating the pathological tissues with great accuracy under endoscopic vision which is a highly magnified and digital vision.Most of the problems after any surgery are the scar formation and the fibrous tissue reaction of the traumatized tissues. With endoscopic surgeries we maintain as much as possible the normal tissues and thus reduce the scar formation and fibrous tissue formation.

Most of the endoscopic ear nose & throat surgeries are carried out here.Dr.Santosh.Katekari has specialized training in endoscopic surgeries of ear , nose and throat. He is the only ENT surgeon in Pune doing endoscopic ear surgeries.He has taken training from the pioneers of endoscopic ENT surgeries. He has taken training in Lusanne and pittsburg USA. He is always keen on finding newer techniques of minimally invasive surgeries.
